- Eligible applicants
- Toronto-based professional artists, artist collectives, and non-profit organizations pursuing a one-time or time-limited project with collaborative involvement between professional artists and community members.
- Funding amount or limit
- Maximum $15,000. TAC may fund 100% of the project budget up to $8,000; requests above $8,000 require other revenue and TAC may not exceed 50% of the project budget. In-kind contributions may not exceed 25%.

Eligible activities
- Community-engaged arts projects in music, dance, theatre, visual arts, storytelling, or multiple practices; projects must enable public participation, co-creation, skill-building, and broader access to arts activity.
