- First Nations (Status or Non-status), Inuit, or Métis artists, collectives, and organizations, with Toronto residency and project-location rules for individuals and collectives; the program is for Indigenous applicants and Indigenous-led projects.

- Maximum $3,000 for Project Development, $10,000 for Creation, $15,000 for Exhibition/Presentation/Dissemination, and $15,000 for Indigenous Arts Sector Development. Project Development and Creation may be funded at 100%; other categories require additional revenue.
