- Professional non-profit music organizations located in Toronto with significant Toronto activity, at least four years in operation, at least two past years of TAC Music Annual Operating funding, regular ongoing programming, professional artistic leadership, viable administration, stable leadership, sound financial management, and governance. In 2026 the program is open to orchestras, ensembles, presenters/producers, and festivals.
