- Vancouver-based non-profit professional arts or culture organizations that have operated for at least six months before the deadline, are mandated to present, produce, create, or develop arts and cultural work, and actively promote events to a citywide audience.

- In-kind venue-rental subsidy; the City does not publish a single cash maximum. Eligible costs are limited to specified venue and included technical/front-of-house services.
