- Whitby-based community groups and organizations with a presence in Whitby, including performing arts groups and organizations applying for programs, events, initiatives or projects. The policy permits consideration of capital projects and exceptional performing-arts initiatives.
- Funding amount or limit
- PACDF Community Grants are up to $5,000. Exceptional performing-arts programs, events, projects or initiatives, including capital, may receive up to $25,000 in special circumstances.
