The 2026 program had two rounds: January 12 to February 6, 2026, and June 22 to July 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The program has two annual rounds; the next dates are not yet published.
- Eligible applicants
- Windsor-based not-for-profit arts, culture or heritage organizations or registered charities that have operated in good standing for at least one year, primarily operate in Windsor and are professionally or volunteer managed; or Windsor-resident recognized professional individuals producing and displaying work outside an organizational framework. Applicants must consult Culture staff before submitting.
- Funding amount or limit
- Project funding will not exceed $5,000 per funding round. The 2026 City announcement allocated $66,500 to each of two rounds ($133,000 total), but that pool is separate from the per-project maximum.
