- Eligible applicants
- Winnipeg arts organizations and collectives whose primary mandate and core activity are the creation, production, or presentation of performing, visual, literary, film, video, or media arts. New and developing organizations, project-based established organizations, special initiatives, and some unincorporated collectives may apply; organizations receiving other City of Winnipeg or agency funds are ineligible.

- Maximum support of $10,000 per arts organization or artist collective.

Eligible activities
