- Incorporated, established Winnipeg arts organizations with a continuing presence in Winnipeg year-round or seasonally, a history of consistent public programming and support, high-quality artistic programs or services, regular reporting, sound management, and financial controls. Current applications are accepted by invitation only due to budget constraints.
