- Eligible applicants
- Established non-profit organizations based in Yellowknife applying for one-year funding to sponsor or host an event. Applicants may apply under only one City grant stream per calendar year and must complete required final reporting to remain eligible for the next round.

- Up to 30% of the submitted budget, to a maximum of $20,000. Funding must be used within the grant year.
