Eligible applicants: Individual applicants who are Deaf, have disabilities or live with mental illness, and Deaf or disability arts groups and organizations, when the request is linked to an associated Canada Council-funded activity.
Funding amount or limit: The amount is determined by Canada Council staff; the public page publishes eligible service-rate examples, including sign-language interpretation up to $75–$100 per hour or $500–$750 per day, rather than a total grant cap.
