Published recurring deadlines include September 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET for events December 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027; January 14, 2027 for events April 1 to July 31, 2027; and May 6, 2027 for events August 1 to December 31, 2027. Festival Support also had a June 11, 2026 deadline for festivals in fiscal 2026/27; an earlier May 14, 2026 period covered August 1 to November 30, 2026.
- Eligible applicants
- Canadian corporations, associations and non-profit organizations with an approved Applicant Profile may apply. New applicants must submit a one-page Letter of Intent at least six months before the project start date; if approved, they must obtain an approved Applicant Profile.
- Funding amount or limit
- Industry Events: 50% of eligible budget up to $200,000 per fiscal year. Showcase Production for Official Language Minority Community artists: 75% up to $100,000. Showcase Production for Export-Ready Artists: 50% of eligible budget, with no cap published on the page. Festival Support: 50% of eligible budget, proportionate to project scope, reach and impact and subject to available funds.
