- Eligible applicants
- Canadian-owned and controlled live-music companies that have operated and successfully presented Canadian-artist concerts for at least one year, support artist career development, meet the programming and $75,000 eligible-revenue threshold, demonstrate financial viability and public-funding history, maintain an updated FACTOR Applicant Profile, and invest in eligible concerts during fiscal 2026/27. Canadian-owned venues may qualify when at least 50% of annual programming is eligible musical performance and at least 50% of that is by Canadian artists; artist managers, booking agents, festivals, service companies and other listed ineligible applicants are excluded.
- Funding amount or limit
- FACTOR contributes up to 50% of eligible expenses, with a maximum contribution of $75,000 per applicant; awards are competitive and subject to available budget.
