- Applicants must select Songwriter as a business activity, have performing-rights-organization registration details, three commercially exploited copyrights in the past 12 months, and ten songs written or co-written in the past 12 months sufficient for an Approved Songwriter rating.

- FACTOR reimburses 75% of total eligible costs up to $2,000.
