Rolling deadline; applications must be submitted by January 14, 2027 to be included in the current fiscal program year (April 1 to March 31). Applications after that date are considered for the following program year.
- Eligible applicants
- Artist 2 and Artist 3 applicants are eligible. Unsigned artists may apply on their own behalf if they have an artist rating of 2 or higher; if such an artist is signed to a Canadian record label, the label must apply. Envelope Funding recipients are not eligible.
- Funding amount or limit
- FACTOR contributes 50% of total eligible budget up to $20,000 per project for Artist 2 and $30,000 per project for Artist 3. Across all programs, video funding is capped at $30,000 per qualifying release per fiscal year.
