Eligible applicants
Canadian music companies with at least one continuous year of activity, incorporated or registered and Canadian-owned and controlled with a Canadian head office and business office. The page sets financial-statement and revenue thresholds, including $45,000 for newer or priority-group applicants and $80,000 for older companies; requests address two to three eligible artists or songwriters.
Funding amount or limit
Variable maximum set by the official table according to eligible gross revenue, years in business and number of eligible artists. Up to 50% of accepted costs; $100,000 aggregate cap across the listed individual-initiative programs.
