Eligible applicants
Registered not-for-profit organizations, churches, library boards, Indian Bands, Métis Settlements, and organizations registered under Alberta's Agriculture Societies Act that regularly present, perform, or exhibit professional artists for compensation.
Funding amount or limit
Formula-based annual funding: up to 65% of fees paid to Alberta artists, up to 50% of fees paid to Canadian artists from the rest of Canada, and up to 50% of international artist fees subject to the published international cap. Funding maximums are established annually by the AFA board.
