- Manitoba-owned and operated music companies registered for at least one year, including managers, labels, publishers representing at least one Manitoba artist/composer, and music presenters; not-for-profits, charities, public agencies, and broadcasters are ineligible.

- Up to 75% of approved budget, to a maximum of $5,000 per application; Level 1 may be applied for once per fiscal year.
