Three recurring recording deadlines are published: May 21, September 17, 2026 and January 21, 2027 at 5:00 PM.
- Eligible applicants
- Manitoba-resident individual recording artists or groups; the artist must have been a Manitoba resident for at least 365 days, be at least 18 unless a qualifying minor exception applies, and be in good standing. A business registration is not required for Level 1.
- Funding amount or limit
- Demo projects: up to 100% of approved budget to a maximum of $2,000. Commercial-release projects: up to 100% to a maximum of $3,000.
