Three recurring recording deadlines are published: May 21, September 17, 2026 and January 21, 2027 at 5:00 PM.
- Eligible applicants
- Manitoba-resident individual artists or groups meeting the Manitoba residency and good-standing rules; a registered business or Manitoba incorporation is required for Level 2, and the applicant must use a Manitoba chequing account for the project.

- Up to 75% of total project budget, to a maximum of $10,000.

- EP or full-length production of five or more songs
- recording, mixing, and mastering

- recording and mixing with an accredited Manitoba studio, engineer, or producer
