Three recurring recording deadlines are published: May 21, September 17, 2026 and January 21, 2027 at 5:00 PM.
- Eligible applicants
- A Manitoba-resident registered music business or incorporated music-industry entity applies for a project featuring a non-Manitoba resident artist; the project requires a Manitoba producer or engineer, a Manitoba agreement with the artist, recording at an accredited Manitoba service, and a Manitoba business/incorporation and chequing account for Level 2.

- Up to 50% of total project budget, to a maximum of $10,000.

- EP or full-length commercial-release recording of five or more songs by a non-Manitoba artist
