- Professional Nova Scotia artists, curators, or independent arts administrators who are Canadian citizens or landed immigrants and have lived in Nova Scotia for at least 12 months before the deadline.

- Maximum $5,000 for the Professional Development category; living expenses may be up to $2,000 per month where applicable.
