- Nova Scotia not-for-profit societies or cooperatives, or qualifying unincorporated collectives of at least two professional artists with a Nova Scotia operating centre, at least two years of activity, a professional-arts mandate, and specified project-grant and revenue history.

- Maximum $25,000 annually; support is provided on a two-year basis and depends on the provincial budget.
