Continuous intake through October 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET, or until all funds are allocated. Applications for event-based activities must be submitted at least eight weeks in advance.

Eligible applicants
Ontario established music-industry trade associations and music service organizations; first-time applicants must contact the Ontario Music Office at least three weeks before the deadline to discuss eligibility.
Funding amount or limit
Maximum $125,000 per funding cycle. Requests of $10,000–$50,000 may receive up to 75% of the approved budget; requests over $50,000 may receive up to 50%. Minimum request $10,000 and a matching contribution are required.
