- Eligible applicants
- Music PEI Artist I, II, or III applicants; the artist must be the named applicant, although managers, producers, or publishers may complete the form on the artist's behalf. Record labels cannot apply for this component.
- Funding amount or limit
- Up to 80% of eligible budget: Artist III $8,000 per deadline and $8,000 per year; Artist II $3,500 per deadline and $7,000 per year; Artist I $2,000 per deadline and $4,000 per year. Awards may be prorated.
