- Eligible applicants
- Music PEI Artist I, II, or III applicants and eligible music companies or record labels controlling the commercial release and exclusive exploitation rights; major labels are ineligible, and the recording must have been commercially released no more than 12 months before application.
- Funding amount or limit
- Up to 80% of eligible budget: Artist III $8,000 per deadline and $8,000 per year; Artist II $3,500 per deadline and $7,000 per year; Artist I $2,000 per deadline and $4,000 per year. Awards may be prorated.
