- Eligible applicants
- Professional artists working in music or popular song who are recognized by peers and have professional production or public-performance experience; applicants must be individuals rather than legal entities, Canadian citizens or permanent residents, ordinarily resident in Quebec and resident there for at least the preceding 12 months, subject to CALQ’s general application limits.

- Maximum $20,000.
