- Eligible applicants
- Saskatchewan artists, collectives, groups, or cultural leaders of African, Black, Asian, Latin American, Caribbean, or Middle Eastern descent; applicants must have been Saskatchewan residents for at least one year, and organizations are not eligible.
- Funding amount or limit
- $500 to $5,000; an individual or group may have a $10,000 overall program maximum for multiple applications.
