- Indigenous artists, Traditional Knowledge Keepers, or Elders working in any art form who are Saskatchewan residents, plus small groups or collectives of Saskatchewan Indigenous artists.

- Basic maximum $2,000; Intermediate maximum $7,500; Major maximum $18,000.
