- Eligible applicants
- NWT residents who have lived in the territory for at least 6 months and completed and reported at least one Small Arts Project Grant; or NWT-registered, good-standing arts organizations with an arts mandate and education, creation, and exhibition opportunities. Organizations cannot receive Large Arts Project Fund or Arts Operating Fund funding for the same purpose in the same fiscal year.
