Eligible applicants
Indigenous emerging or established artists, arts workers, or cultural carriers who have lived in Yukon for at least one continuous year when applying, plus Yukon First Nations residents and former Yukon First Nations residents who maintain ties to the territory.
Funding amount or limit
Up to $5,000, with Tier 1 up to $1,500 and Tier 2 from $1,501 to $5,000; funding can cover 100% of eligible expenses. The page states a $5,000 fiscal-year maximum for 2025–26, so the current-year cap should be rechecked.

Eligible activities

  • Creating new work, mentorships, workshops, conferences, craft fairs and arts events, travel for professional or artistic development, podcast projects, business planning, creative-industry partnerships, and preparation for selling work; music creation and cultural transmission are eligible within the broad creative and cultural scope.
