Eligible applicants
Registered non-profit society based in Yukon with a primarily cultural or multicultural mandate, or significant cultural/multicultural activity, and an interest in assisting new Canadians with their transition to living in Yukon.
Funding amount or limit
Up to $10,000 per Yukon Government fiscal year; a project may receive up to 100% of eligible project costs.

Eligible activities

  • Yukon public festivals or events celebrating new Canadian communities and cultures, including venue, coordination, staging, lighting, technical costs, talent fees, advertising, equipment rental, décor, catering, and food preparation; music presentation can be part of an eligible cultural event.
