Amplify is the National Music Centre’s online platform and a virtual hub for the sounds and stories of music in Canada. Its live About page, last modified in January 2021, describes Canadian music features, artist stories, historic instruments and technology, music education and wellness, online concerts, oral histories, interview podcasts and educational videos. Current first-party activity confirms the platform remains active across formats: a July 16, 2026 Canadian music-history article, an April 22 French-language feature about the relationship between a piano and acoustic guitar, a June 11 video feature about the drum and round dance, and a January 30 audio playlist for Black History Month.
