CIBL 101,5 FM is Montréal's Francophone community radio station, with current music programming, a weekly Francophone chart, on-demand programs and a direct free form for relevant radio-program proposals.
CIBL 101,5 FM is Montréal's Francophone community radio station. Its first-party About page says it gives voice to Montréal's community in all its plurality and produces French-language programming centred on culture, music and local information, with substantial room for emerging and alternative creation. CIBL's current summer season launched on June 1, 2026, and its weekly Les 30 Glorieuses chart documented 30 current Francophone songs for June 14–20, 2026 before a stated summer pause until August. The station also publishes on-demand programs and special podcasts through its site and major podcast platforms. Its official 2026–2027 program-project page says CIBL is always open to proposals across music in all genres, news, cinema, literature, visual arts, sport, society and local or urban subjects. The embedded form asks for a concise program concept, whether the content would be mainly musical or spoken, duration and frequency, live or prerecorded format, five representative artists, collaborators and availability, prior radio experience, minimum production commitment and an approximately five-minute demo made for the proposed program. The programming committee meets every two months to review proposals and communicate decisions. There is no submission fee. If selected, contributors must hold CIBL's $5 annual membership; that post-selection community-membership condition is not payment for coverage or guaranteed scheduling. No acceptance, schedule placement, broadcast, podcast distribution or coverage is guaranteed. MusicList publishes only the official program-project form. It is not represented as an artist-release, track, press-release or general coverage-submission route. Named staff, board and committee members, telephone and postal details, advertising and studio-rental routes, member records, every private form value, the demo, submitted materials and private correspondence remain excluded.
