Gypsy Soul Records is a Toronto full-service independent label and artist collective that produces, manufactures, distributes and promotes records with Canadian and international distribution partners.

Gypsy Soul Records is a Toronto full-service independent label and artist collective. Its official company narrative says the organization was founded in Toronto in 2009, the site banner describes empowering artists since 2010, and the Gypsy Soul Records label launched in 2013; MusicList preserves those separate milestones and asserts no single founding year. The company says it has participated in more than forty album releases, including eight on the Gypsy Soul imprint, and describes production, manufacturing, distribution, promotion, artist-management, and sync-licensing work. Its current distribution partners are identified as Warner Music in Canada, FUGA, and Proper Music Group internationally. The current Artists page separates eleven artists from two alumni and includes artist updates through late 2025. None of the eleven current names resolves to an exact approved MusicList artist identity, so MusicList publishes no representative-client edges. A representative label release is The Commoners' 2024 album Restless. The official Contact page provides a general form but states no demo-submission policy; MusicList therefore records the policy as not stated and does not repurpose the form as a demo route. The unrelated barber-shop and web-development template text currently exposed on the site's Services page was excluded from evidence. MusicList does not republish the general inbox, artist-specific management, booking, press, or licensing addresses, submitted form data, or personal details about a minor artist.
