The artist

Eekwol is an award-winning rapper, educator and activist based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and originally from Muskoday First Nation. Also known as Lindsay Knight, she has used hip-hop for decades to address Indigenous culture, land, gender, resistance and community responsibility. Her catalog spans early independent albums through Good Kill, the collaborative F.W.B.W. and the 2024 album Tmrws. Current Spotify and Apple Music profiles document the exact recording identity, while current institutional profiles confirm her Saskatoon base.
