The artist

Nige B is the recording project of Saskatoon-based Woodland Cree artist and producer Nigel Bell. His self-produced work brings guitar and bass into a hybrid of hip-hop, indie, electronic, soul and alternative music. Bell began releasing as Nige B with Circa 1990 in 2021, followed by In Retrospect, the two-part U R What U R project and the 2025 album Reshape // Refashion. The latter explores growth, identity and transformation and includes collaborations with Coletta, Rezcoast Grizz, Dubbygotbars and other artists. Nige B was nominated for Hip Hop Artist of the Year at the 2025 Saskatchewan Music Awards. MusicList uses a rights-clean monogram rather than unlicensed photography.
