Artist-run independent record label operating between Sackville, NB and Toronto, founded by Steven Lambke and Daniel Romano.

Founded in 2009 by songwriter and Constantines co-founder Steven Lambke alongside multi-instrumentalist Daniel Romano, You've Changed Records is a fiercely independent, artist-run record label based between Sackville, New Brunswick and Toronto, Ontario.

The imprint was conceived as an uncompromised platform for immediate, heartfelt Canadian rock and roll, power pop, and folk recordings. Over fifteen years of releases, You've Changed has championed defining records by Shotgun Jimmie, Partner, Daniel Romano, Steven Lambke, Marine Dreams, and Apollo Ghosts.

The label operates on core DIY values, sustainable manufacturing, and deep cross-country community connections across the Canadian underground.
